REFUND POLICY

At Kustom Kaps, every cap is made just for you — custom embroidered based on your order details. Because of this, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom design errors (e.g. incorrect colors, typos submitted by the customer)

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g. “I changed my mind” or “I don’t like the color”)

  • Incorrect sizing or style selection by the customer

Each product is made to order, so we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we’ll replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Email orders@kustomkaps.com with:

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will process a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but wasn’t received, please reach out immediately. We will work with our fulfillment provider to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

Since orders begin processing quickly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Size & Color Discrepancies

Please review product images and descriptions carefully before ordering. Due to screen differences and embroidery variations, slight color or size differences may occur and are not considered defects.
